But I think my bad habits has caused a lot of reduction in my stamina. I breathe heavily. My diet was very improper I lost 28 kgs in that 2 year without any exercise. Now when I am focusing on my health and jave quit old habits. What fitness routine I should follow to get in shape to be a athlete? What should be my diet? How can I improve my agility and stamina? Please help.
