I am 66 years old, having 88 kg weight. I go for a walk in morning 3.5-4.0 km every day. In evening, I go to Gym and work out on Trade Mill, Cross Walk and Cycle for approx. 15 minutes each, besides doing other exercises. Some time back ,I had problem of Cervical spondylosis with pain in back of neck and both hands (shoulder to elbow). When in Morning I get up ,I do not feel Fresh and at the same time, whole body pains especially in neck and both hands. After some time, everything becomes alright? What is this? Is it due to same Cervical problem? What is the remedy and what is permanent cure? Will Swim help?

You can continue normal walk, avoid gym, swim 4 to 5 days, take hot pack for 10 to 15 minutes, precautions and avoid high pillow. It may be due to cervical spondylosis. Good luck. If no relief then take physiotherapy treatment.
