I am suffering from cough and feeling dehydrated and feeling like vomiting and I have vomited 2-3 times with in a hour and not feeling good and I have taken all kind of medicines and also consulted a doctor and having pain in my whole body and not having a sleep properly and also having a pain in my chest also and getting a problem of spitting with in a second.

Your body have weakness due to illness. Since how long you are suffering from cold and cough, and what medicines you have taken. Take steam twice a day have plenty of liquids - water, juice, coconut water etc Have light meal, no oily no spicy, easy digestible meals. Also take grated ginger and 2-3 cloves of garlic boil them in half cup of water, strain and sip it when lukewarm; you can also add half spoon of honey to it.
