Hey, i'm 18 years n frm last one year n so I've been facing nausea. Most of it is because of anxiety n stress due to studies. I feel nauseous all the time without any reason like after a meal or even drinking water. Also it might be due to my change in sleep cycle, usually I go to sleep late at 3-4 am many a times even 6-7 am. Bt its over an year n im still not able to get rid of it. Recently that problem increased n its kinda difficult to handle as when im in public or crowed place or with friends n even my classes. Most of the time I get them because of anxiety. But now its like regular like ik im gonna feel nauseous. I temporarily use fennel seeds or mints to reduce it. Bt still its difficult every time to put shampoo or mints in your mouth some places or situations. How can I fix it permanently. please help. Thank you.
