I want to loose weight. Does Apple cider vinegar help. What is the Correct way to take Apple cider vinegar for Weight loss. Please suggest. I am doing little exercise daily average more than 4000 steps a day and I have an active lifestyle.

It is best to spread this out into 2-3 doses throughout the day, and it may be best to drink it before meals.
