Hello sir, Mai gutakha, alcohol sab leta hoon ,main pichhle ek month pahle alcohol ki jyada sewan Kar liya tha ,usake baad mere mouth ke swad me parivartan aa Gaya hai ,aur toilet bhi Sahi se Nahi ho Raha hai ,aur body bhi active Nahi rah rahi hai ,energy ki Kami mahsoos ho rahi hai ,mere hathon se pasine bhi Nikal rahe hain, Please sir, bataiye mujhe kuchh hua to Nahi hai na and isko kaise dur Karen ,koi checkup aur test bhi bata dijiye ,Mai kuchh homeopathic medicine Ka sewan bhi Kar Raha hoon but abhi tak Sahi Nahi hua hai. Please sir help me.
