Vitamin b12 is available in animal proteins like chicken, fish, egg but if you are vegetarian then you need to include all the leafy vegetables, dairy products like milk, yogurt, cheese, soya bean etc. You can include vitamin b12 supplement prescribed by the doctor, if it is severe deficient.
