I am suffering from throat pain with right side ear pain since 2 days. On examination on right ear, rinni test positive and can hear normally with examiner (my son studied as intern doctor). I have strong history of oral ulcer which was response to oral ornidazole tablet. Last week I completed 5 dose of vit b12 and during that treatment my oral ulcer was subside. But now I get pain in throat and right ear. The pain is like ulcer pain. Previously during oral ulcer I get pain in right ear also. What to do? Which medicine should I start?
