Hello, I'm a healthy 17 year old that hasn't been diagnosed with any condition so far but recently I've getting a lot of dizzy spells after exercising, I always fear I might faint :(. Sometimes the dizziness even lasts for a whole day! Last week I checked my BP after exercising and it turned out to be 100/70 (which is low for me because my BP's usually stays 125/80) and it's been low ever since. I was wondering why am I getting low BP if I don't have any heart condition? I hydrate myself before exercising and drink plenty of fluid throughout the day, take vitamin pills every day and follow a healthy diet! What might be causing my low BP? My diabolic BP usually stays around the normal value while my systolic is the one that stays low most of the time, can anyone help me out why I'm experiencing this?
