My RBC, leukocytes count, lymphocytes, CRP,blood sugar, RA factor Sgpt is normal. My uric acid level is 7.4,serum creatinine 1.38 mg/dl, ESR 15 mm. I have inflammation in two fingers and pain in ankle too. Do I have Rheumatoid or lupus. I am very tensed and cannot concentrate on my study. Please respond.

Your investigations are suggestive of gout which can be fully controlled by diet and some medicines also to rule out lupus you need to do more blood tests in consultation with a rheumatologist kindly see an Orthopaedic doctor in your area as soon as possible.
