Kindly get scaling done and use mouth wash twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath.

Brush your teeth twice a day (morning and before sleep in night) and clean your tongue by a tongue scrapper or the tooth brush itself get your teeth and gums cleaned by a qualified dentist you can also use chlohex plus mouthwash twice a day after brushing teeth.
There are many reasons for bad breath 1. Systemic conditions like diabetes, sinusitis, etc 2. Dental cavity with food lodgement 3 gum inflammation 4. Poor tongue cleaning consult in person for proper diagnosis and management.
