I am 65 years old & weighting 105 kg My present diet is Breakfast. Idly/ poha / toast /dosa 1.5 portion + fruits 2 portions Lunch one dry chapati + two veg with min oil+ dal Snack baked Atta biscuits 4 small home made Dinner one dry fulka + 2 veg with minimum oil Still I am unable to loose weight What changes I should make in my diet to loose weight.

At present you are on a low calorie diet, since you may also be diabetic, low glycemic diet will work much better for you, it is quite different from this diet.
