I am 24 years old female. My weight is 68 kg and height is 5 ft 4 inches. My haemoglobin level is 11.20 and calcium deficiency is also there. I cannot do exercises more than 30 min. Because I feel weakness. What diet I must follow and what type lf exercises so that I could loose 10 kgs in 2 months.

For reduce weight you should avoid fatty, oily,high calories diet and exercise regular eat green salad.
