I am suffering from acidity and gastroid as well as constipation from last 5 years. I was taking earlier triphala churns in night with black salt. It helped for 3 years. Now I had to take Kayam churn. Consulted one nadi vaidya he prescribed engime tablets: T- zyme after food & Amlapittari tabs & before sleeping hard tabs: Virechan vati .It works for a week, then stomach trouble with pain. Then Kayak churns helps. I am 70 years old. Kindly suggest Chugh.

hi , I suggest fermented liquid called arista named kattarvazha arista ( aloe Vera ) , medicated ghee named pilodigin.at this age if you don't have diabetes or if it's under control you can have this medicine. This will help you a lot.
