Can I take moti pishti to increase calcium in body? I'm losing my hair badly, and my body heats inside. This has been happening since last month. What are the possible causes? Three months ago doctor had given me medicine for calcium, but I had stopped after completing half portion of it, due to the medicines were high powered and my hair had started losing. Possible causes?

Monti pishti is rich in calcium. But equally effective cheaper sources of the same group of natural calcium also available. Pitta balance is necessary to stop hairball.
