How many eggs you can eat in a day totally depends on your dietary habits, lipid profile, blood glucose levels, stress levels and activity levels.
Based on all these factors will depend if you can eat 1 or 2 eggs a day or 3 eggs a week or no eggs.
If you are healthy in all parameters eating an egg thrice a week should not trouble you. Also if you have any intolerance then again that will determine the amount you can eat.
So get your diet activity and blood parameters get tested to understand if there could be an issue with eating eggs.
