Hi.. Usually the the atmosphere of Pune is far better than other location... and there should not be a major issue.. Usually people suffer from water problems and fungal infection because of poor hygiene of the rental places... also because of poor quality of food nutritional deficiency can occur.. in that case.. proper homoeopathic treatment and nutritional supplement is better...
