I am 98.5 kg and I am doing gym regularly and even 10 km walk in early morning then also I am not loosing my weight and I am also doing dieting. But there is no progress .help me out.

Your exercise routine is good but your diet may not be appropriate. Dieting is usually done the wrong way hence it does not work the way you think. You need to consume about 1600 calories per day with lots of fruits, veggies, nuts, milk etc included. Also get your routine medical tests done to rule out any basic problems like Thyroid, Sugar etc. Consult a dietitian to identify the gaps, and you will get results soon.

Kindly check whether you have any medical issues like hypothyroidism, PCOD etc. If you have any medical conditions, weight loss can be little tough. Also do not put yourself into crash diets.
