Gynecomastia is very common in males and even common in over weight people. Gynecomastia has both fat and gland component and the consistency depends on the body fat. Irrespective of whether it is fat or gland the treatment is same. Though not a medical problem it requires treatment for cosmetic reasons. The procedure is a day care surgery with liposuction and gland excision. No creams or tablets work for this. Though it is done in govt hospital for free or very less cost. Ensure there is availability of liposuction equipment at the plastic surgery department to get good results. You can consult in private with your photographs.

Hello sir. Definitely you can go for the surgery. The liposuction with gland excision gives you the best result for gynecomastia treatment. The surgeon will go for the surgery only after ruling out other underlying factors. It again depends upon the grade of gynecomastia you are having and the associated factors.
