I am 61 years female n have bronchial asthma which starts after dussehra and continues till the winters ends. Montair lc at night n montkul in day, unicontin n nebulizer 3-4 times, sometimes rotacaps also. Now my tongue has got chronic ulcers. Ive been advised steroids 10 mg daily. Should I or not. I have no bp or sugar pbm. My weight is 70 kg n height is 5"

It will not only worsen ulcers but also will make you dependent on it like cocaine and heroin.
