I am suffering from severe erection and premature ejaculation. Already I am taking shilajeet, kauchbeej powder, safeed musli powder, ashwagandha powder with milk every morning. So what is going wrong please help me out of it. I am also suffering from uric acid and cholesterol on border line. Taking daily medicine of uric acid 100 mg Please help me out. In big tension.
