I go for workout and eat 8 eggs a day. But I read on internet that one egg has 187 mg cholesterol and 8 eggs have more than 1000 mg but limit is 200 mg per day? Is it true that we only should eat 1 egg a day?

No. Have one full egg and have more egg whites only. Egg yellow contains cholesterol.

No, you can eat 2 eggs per day; and coming to the point of cholesterol For no cholesterol you might remove yolk of egg and consuming egg white only. This will give you good protein and no cholesterol.
