It may be due to Acidity problem, You can start with following medication: (1) Alpha Acid Tablets - 1 tablet Thrice Daily without water after food for 15 days. (2) Kalmegh Q 10 drops Twice daily in some water before food for 15 days. (3) Chelidonium Maj. Q 10 drops Twice daily before food in some water for 15 days. In mornings, better to start with Fruits within one hour after getting out of bed, take usual breakfast within 2 hours of getting out of bed, in breakfast - take chapati or Rice, dal, green vegetables and Curd, avoid milk in breakfast. In between lunch and breakfast - take fruits and Salad. In lunch take dal vegetables, Rice and chapati as per availability. You can take Curd at the end of lunch. Again you can take salad and fruit in between lunch and dinner as per availability. In dinner avoid chapati and Rice, take boiled vegetables (boiled eggs white), salad and fruit, (for non-vegetarian - take boiled Fish and lemon chicken) Avoid deep fried foods. Avoid pungent spicy food, Avoid tamarind sauce and mango powder. Do not drink water while eating and soon after meals. Better to drink water half hour before food and one hour after meals.
