I had pharyngitis problem 2 years ago. I am a singer and I had to stop singing that time. After 3 months with the help of treatment I was cured. And continue my singing. But now i am a school teacher and I have to shout frequently. Now i have throat pain as feel like my throat is scratched badly. Now I can not sing properly. I have to speak daily due to my profession of teaching. But I want to continue singing. Is it possible? What should I do ?Please suggest.

Simply eat 1 tablespoon of raw, organic honey a few times daily to keep the throat moist. Another option is to mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey and a pinch of black pepper powder in a glass of warm water. Drink it a few times a day. Alternatively, mix equal amounts of honey and basil leaf juice. Eat it 3 times daily.
