Dear Lybrate User. This was the weight I dains used to be when they are young adults. During adolescence people if they ear less compared to the activity they are doing they can loose weight. By the time you are a few more years older everything will settle down. Currently focus on eating good protein in your diet tbrough natural sources such as dhals, whole pulses. If you takr non vegetarian foods then it should be eggs, country chicken or fish.
