My Body is slim. But from belly area and area bellow belly and my bums have increased. It looks fat and weird. What should I do to reduce the fat from this respective area of my body.

For reducing the belly fat do stretching exercises like Surya Namaskar. Eat diet that is low in refined cereals and carbohydrates. Eat fiber and protein rich diet.

You are about 8-10 kgs overweight. You need to reduce your diet and increase daily exercise and reduce about 2 kgs a month. Body fat/ belly comes from excessive eating / poor food habits. This needs to be corrected, now since you are young and its possible to do it. Also 60 mins of good cardio exercises daily are needed. Once you switch to healthier habits, you will become fit and get into the shape you aspire to be in.
