I am 31 years old. I have been doing morning walk and exercise daily at least for 1 hr since last 3 yrs. Previously My weight is in between 69-79. Now,my weight is 67 .My height is 5 feet 8 inch. How I can reduce the weight to 60 kg. In morning I just take red tea and lukume water after exercise. After that I take breakfast with rice and dal. After 3-4 hrs I take some fruits.In evening I take tea with two root.In dinner I took two root and 50-70grm rice with dal and sabzi. Am I in right track to reduce weight to 60 kg.

Your current weight is right as per your height. But the composition of weigh should be less fat and more muscle weight. For this you should avoid packed and market food, reduce wheat and rice based food and minimize sugar, oil and salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. Do body-weight and strength exercises.
