I am 31 years old. I have been doing morning walk and exercise daily at least for 1 hr since last 3 yrs. Previously My weight is in between 69-79. Now,my weight is 67 .My height is 5 feet 8 inch. How I can reduce the weight to 60 kg. In morning I just take red tea and lukume water after exercise. After that I take breakfast with rice and dal. After 3-4 hrs I take some fruits.In evening I take tea with two root.In dinner I took two root and 50-70grm rice with dal and sabzi. Am I in right track to reduce weight to 60 kg.
