I am taking the Amway nutrilite protein powder along with proper diet from just 1 week my weight was 38 kg but now my weight is 40 kg only my stomach part increased not my hands and legs and face part I want to increase my face part and my cheeks to look better so please suggest me some solution for that or do I continue this (height is 5 ft).

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Taking a supplement like Nutralite in addition to your normal food intake is bound to add some weight. Usually weight around the waist and abdomen only goes up initially. To make your arms, legs, other body parts to add weight, one needs specific muscle building exercise. Otherwise only central body weight will go up. Thanks.
