I Have so much of hair fall. What precautions I can take? I take head bath twice a week. I use Bajaj Almond oil and Sunsilk Yellow shampoo with conditioner. Please suggest.

Hi sujatha, hair fall can happen because of vitamin, calcium, mineral or hemoglobin deficiency. External application alone doesnt help in decreasing hairfall. However you must also know that every hair strand has a life span of almost three years, it grows for almost 3 months and falls off in 3 weeks. Hair fall of 100-150 hair per day is normal and that many hairs grow back. You can take a multivitamin named tablet vb7 and apply trichup hair oil at least 3-4 times a week. Don't massage heavily as it may weaken the hair roots. You can continue using the shampoo that suits your hair.
