It would be wrong to say there is no increased risk of uterine rupture. During your previous cesarean your uterus was cut and for the uterus to heal and regain its strength it takes 18 months. Now the growing pregnancy will distend the uterus that has the lower segment with a weak scar. Obstetrics is a field of wonder. U may hv a normal pregnancy but be careful. Better be safe than sorry. Register your pregnancy in a place equipped in managing emergencies. If there is abdominal pain even before your expected date of delivery go to the doctor immediately. Don't hesitate. All the best.
