Area between knee and ankle is very pain after running. And after 10 minutes stop pain. It is not my first run. I suffered this problem 5 month approx. And when I stop running for 4-5 days, this pain totally disappear like never was. I take omeprazole capsule, calcium tablet before 15 days.

It's muscle soreness you should do warm. Up stretching n than you should progress running on day 1 for 10 min than slowly increase you can. Consult for proper advice n. Combo of Ayurvedic pain killer n calcium tablet.
