I zm a housewife of 68 yrs, with 2nd degree RA of the knees, more painful in the rt knee. Doing the Physio therapy exercises and evening walk regularly Can not easily bend, the rt knee more than the lt one. Pl suggest home remedies, as the better hospitals are far away from our habitat.
