Combination can be taken, as together they don’t have any interaction or side effects. Usage of such combination can be good aphrodisiac, helps in improving reproductive function. Also it can help in improving muscle building and increase stamina. the dosage of Ayurvedic herbs like Ashwagandha, Gokshura etc. is not generalized. They are dependent on the age, digestive capacity and requirements. Therefore it is important to know how strong is your digestion. Because if the medicine is not digested, it will not be absorbed. The high doses will produce more toxins than benefits. It is like giving a library of books to an illiterate person.

everyay drink 1 to 3 ltr. water.take wheatgrass in any form: freshly squeezed, as a powder, or as a pill …. It seems that it’s very good for the hemoglobin values. Even Thalassemia major patients who drank 100 ml of fresh wheatgrass juice. Avoid food like oysters, liver, pork, beans, beef, peanut butter, tofu or other nonvegan food. Also avoid iron-fortified cereals, wheat, ragi and among fruits and vegetables, avoid prune juice, prunes, watermelon, spinach, leafy green vegetables, dates, raisins, broccoli, peas, and fava bean. Also, look for iron in snacks, candies, etc. Try to maintain intake of iron from overall diet to less than 18 mg per day. For your diet, I would recommend cereals, particularly rice, oats or maize along with tea (2 cups). You can vary the diet based on taste. Vitamin C food can be taken 3-4 hours after food intake.

Knee pain is a common problem that can originate in any of the bony structures compromising the knee joint (femur, tibia, fibula), the kneecap (patella), or the ligaments and cartilage (meniscus) of the knee. Knee pain can be aggravated by exercise, affected by the surrounding muscles and their movements, and be triggered by other problems (such as a foot injury). Knee pain can affect people of all ages, and home remedies can be helpful unless it becomes severe. Some of the other signs and symptoms that accompany knee pain are difficulty walking due to instability of the knee, limping due to discomfort, difficulty walking up or down steps due to ligament damage, locking of the knee (unable to bend the knee), redness and swelling, inability to extend the knee, and shifting weight to the opposite knee and foot. Over-the-counter pain medications can frequently alleviate the pain. If someone is taking these medications on a regular basis, he or she should see a health-care professional to evaluate the knee pain for proper diagnosis and to avoid the potential side effects of chronic medication use. The RICE mnemonic is often helpful, especially for minor injuries: Rest: Rest the joint, and take a break from your usually activities involving the knee joint. Ice: Applying ice can help with pain and inflammation. Exercise helps to slow the progression of osteoarthritis, a common cause of knee pain. Physical activity is important to the normal health of cartilage tissue. Exercise is also good for strengthening the body's support for its joints. For the knee, strengthening the leg muscles is particularly helpful. Simply raising a straightened leg while sitting or lying down is an exercise that will strengthen these muscles and help them to stabilize the knee. Acupuncture might help some people against some forms of pain.

Right from the Middle Ages, beetroot has been used not just as food, but also as a treatment for numerous conditions. Popularly known as beetroot, the vegetable is called Chukandar. Beets have been used for a long time as a treatment for anemia. The juice of beets is concentrated into soluble crystals, which can be mixed with another drink and taken. Full of other nutrients like iron, manganese, copper, potassium, and magnesium – all of which have their individual benefits. Even raw beets have terrific benefits – one of them being the ability to prevent cancer. Not just the vegetable, but even the leaves have something to offer. Beet greens, as we call them, are packed with fiber and protein. They also contain vitamin K (blood clotting properties) and calcium (for strong bones and teeth. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the liver. Vitamin A is transformed in the retina, to rhodopsin, a purple pigment necessary for night vision. Beta-carotene in carrots acts as an antioxidant to cell damage done to the body through regular metabolism. It help slows down the aging of cells. Reduce the risk of lung cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer.

A good way to remember the basic initial steps when a knee is sprained or strained Rest it for 2 to 3 days Ice - regularly apply ice wrapped in a towel for 15 to 20 minutes onsuming seeds, rich in calcium can help. Aapke father ki age btayen. Khana khane ke 45 minute ke baad 1/2 spoon ajwain and 1/2 teaspoon sonth ka powder paani ke saath dijiye. Ek bottle mein paani daal den aur 1pinch eno usme daal dein. Fir woh paani saara din peena hai. 15 din lena hai fir contact karen.

Most shoulder problems fall into four major categories: Tendon inflammation (bursitis or tendinitis) or tendon tear Instability Arthritis Fracture (broken bone) Other much less common causes of shoulder pain are tumors, infection, and nerve-related problems. Treatment generally involves rest, altering your activities, and physical therapy to help you improve shoulder strength and flexibility. Common sense solutions such as avoiding overexertion or overdoing activities in which you normally do not participate can help to prevent shoulder pain. Remedies... Cold Compress..... The simplest yet most effective tip in the list of home remedies for shoulder pain is cold compress as it can provide you with relief almost instantly. The cold will be able to help you numb the affected area, thus alleviate pain and inflammation..... Take some ice cubes into a bag of plastic and have the bag wrapped in a towel. Apply the pack directly onto the affected area for about 15 minutes. Perform couples of time every day in several days. Hot Compress.......... Similar to cold compress, it is also an extremely effective tip from the list of home remedies for shoulder pain which can bring you instant relief from swelling, inflammation and pain. It is recommended to use hot compress after the injury has occurred for 48 hours. This compress is also effective at easing the pain from muscles which are stretched out.Take a hot bag and fill it with hot water then apply directly onto the shoulder for about 15 minutes in a comfortable lying position. Note: Do not wrap excessively tight as it might lead to inefficiency in circulation and make the condition worse. Take 2 cups of Epsom salt into a warm bath and dissolve. Soak your whole body including the shoulder under the water for at least 20 minutes. Perform 3 times per week Take some oil and warm it up then apply directly onto the shoulder. Have the muscles at the shoulder squeezed and pressure gently in order to alleviate pain as well as encourage flow of blood. After massaging for 10 minutes, take a warm towel to apply onto the shoulder for maximized effect. Perform couples of time every day. Avoid massaging the affected area in case it incurs pain. Take 2 cups of vinegar into a warm bath. Soak your body including the shoulder under the water for at least 20 minutes. Perform once every day in couples of day. Also you can consume 1 tablespoon of vinegar mixed in warm water with some honey for twice every day in 1 week. The use of blackstrap molasses to reduce shoulder pain has been tested for many years. Even though there has not been a final conclusion yet, it is highly possible that its magnesium content is responsible for its benefits. You will speed up shoulder pain treatments at home very well. Another way to maximize the results for bruished shoulder is to use molasses with apple cider vinegar. How to do: You would need molasses (1/4 cup), apple cider vinegar (half a cup), honey (half a cup) and ground ginger (1 teaspoon). Mix all of them in water Consume it regularly every day USE NO PAIN OIL

Dry cough can be of two or three types namely -Dry hacking cough.2.....Barking cough or croup.3....Whooping cough If you are suffering from cough, cover your nose and mouth while coughing or sneezing. Prop your head up higher than your body when you are lying down. Go to sleep at least 2 hours after your meals. have only soups in dinner for 5 days only. Go to sleep only when you are sleepy. Avoid sleeping during day time. gargle with warm salt water. Cut fresh ginger into small pieces, crush it if you like. Add it to a cup of water and bring to a boil. Drink it once it's cooled. Try drinking this herbal solution for at least thrice a day for relief from non-stop coughing, sore throat and even congestion. avoid milk.curd during this season. Steam reduces irritation by moisturizing your throat and nasal passages. Process: Boil water. Drape a towel over your head and lean over the pot. Breathe the steam for a few minutes. Do kunjal kriya for 3 days.

I am 25 year old preparing for IES. I am suffering from shortness of breath since last year. Last year it was not as that must as now. It is gradually increasing day by day. It felt like i'm unable to take complete breath then I start yawning forcefully after some time I feel that yes now I am ok. I am very uncomfortable in this situation sometimes when m on my bed and if face this problem then I have to sit and then try to take breath again and again. May be my heart need more air I don't know please help me out. And yes I neither smoke nor drink.

In fact, it is completely normal to experience breathlessness when you go over your usual level of physical activities or when you climb up somewhere with high altitudes and lack of oxygen. In that case, you just need to rest for a while then your breath will start to normalize. However, there are health problems whose symptom is breathlessness such as chronic bronchitis, allergies, anemia, some diseases or infections of the respiratory system and heart diseases. Also people with lung cancer will constantly experience this symptom. The first and most recommended tip from the list of home remedies for shortness of breath is certainly diaphragmatic breathing. Also known as deep breathing or abdominal breathing Lie yourself down on the back, take your hands and put on abdomen while relaxing the muscles. Inhale deeply by the nose, enlarge the abdomen and inflate the lungs with air. Keep the breath for few seconds. Exhale slowly by the mouth and deflate completely the lungs. Perform for 5 – 10 minutes in 2 to 3 times per day. 2......Take a seat comfortably while relaxing the shoulder and neck’s muscles. Press both your lips against each other tightly but leave the center of the lips loose. Breathe in for few seconds by the nose. Breathe out gently and slowly by the pursed lips and count to 4 in your head at the same time. Perform the breathing in and out for 10 minutes more. 3......Take a bowl and fill it with extremely hot water. Put in some essential oil like peppermint or eucalyptus oil. Put your face above the bowl with a towel over the head. Breathe in the steam deeply for couples of minutes. Perform whenever you are suffering from nasal congestion. 4......Consume 2 – 3 cups of ginger tea every day. In order to prepare the tea, take a tablespoon of fresh ginger slices into some boiling water. After simmering for about 10 minutes, have it strained and put in some honey then consume slowly. 5......In case you are experiencing breathlessness due to anemia which comes from deficiency of iron, then beetroot from the list of home remedies for shortness of breath is the perfect choice for you. Take a medium-size beetroot with 3 carrots, some spinach and ½ a sweet potato to extract their juice. Then consume once every day. Another way is taking 1 – 2 beetroots to roast. Let them cool down then peel the skin. Consume with pepper and salt. Also you might consume more foods which are rich of iron in your daily diet. camphar oil..... You can either sniff its aroma or use it to massage the chest area in order to enjoy its benefits.
