I am suffering from digestive problems. What is it's cause? I am a student and can't take my meal in right time. Can you help me to create a diet chart or advise me to come up from digestive problems. Another problematic issue is my body weight, it's only 50 kgs. Though my height is 5 ft 10 inch. What should be my good body weight? How can I gain some weight? Prescribe some thing.

High carbs and protein is important in gaining weight but in excess can cause more indigestion. Regular interval meals if not possible than have rich breakfast and carry small portions like small snacks- bhuna chana, fruits, milk tetra pack, sandwich, stuffed roti, is you will not eat your digestion process will not digest food properly. Discuss in detail if required.
