Dear user You complaint of Vomiting for two weeks and abdominal pain since 3 days You did test directed towards detecting liver pathology as you thought you had habit of alcohol since 4 years and now quit since 3 months Your investigation is good and mean your liver is good. Now back focusing on your vomiting coming from high to low region Vomiting can be because of brain, heart and chest pathology. In abdomen it can because of infection, acidity,Kidney problems ,appendicitis I would suggest you do CBC, urine test (microscopy and routine) X-ray chest (PA) USG Abdomen To rule out many diseases summarily outlined above. If these are normal than Acid peptic reflux disorder highly possible If you like first consult a gastroenterologist. My provisional diagnosis is it's either APD or AGE Hope your question is answered.
