I haven't start mdr treatment. I am taking multiple medicines for my tb treatment. Actually I consult to my mom's gynecologist she said after starting the treatment of tb I cannot go for genexpert test and I see in my area mdr patients are more than normal tb. So I want to know after one month of my treatment genexpert test is useful or not.

GeneXpert test has got no relationship with ATD intake .You may do it anytime rather it will help detect rifampicin resistance at an earlier phase. Wish you speedy recovery.
