I suffer from being over stressed. Mental torture by mother in law. I have neck pain back pain and get tension headaches. Headaches tend to get severe during evenings. searched the net. It says emotional pains. But still do no how to manage. Also think about cervical spondylosis. Please suggest what can be done. How to train my mind not to focus on mad people and start focusing on my life and start taking proper care of my health. I am gaining weight also tremendously.

Be yourself, take care of yourself, respond no to nonsense and negative people ,they lived their lives now they are interfering in yours lifes because they were jealous .go to parlors ,read magazine ,drink green tea to reduce weight ,do exercises and walk ,when your mother in law came to know that you are not responding to her or ignoring her she will automatically mind her own business. And also do not fight with her just fully ignore her but do all the household work .and enjoy take care.
