Sir, I have many problems so I thought about my sexual weakness and always tensions about them. Because my penis is approximate 4.5 inch small and thin and low time period during coitus or early ejaculation problem so I wants to get large penis approximate 8 inch and thick penis and more time take during coitus .so how can I got that fitness of my sexual health.
