Dear lybrate-user You have obstruction on one side by a large stone which can potentially harm that kidney. Also such a large stone is very unlikely to pass out on its own. An appropriate treatment option would be surgical stone removal. Please consult a urologist at the earliest to get proper advice and treatment.
