Hi, here I am sharing my health details: My heart Rate (BPM) comes 95 to 125 at rest and after exercise/stress can reaches to 139. My BP comes normal like 125-90 or rare cases 155-95 BPM in rest 95-125, max 139 BP 125-90 or max 155 -95 I do smoke 6-8 ciggrates ,takes 4-5 tea with milk. Daily from past 12-15 years. Rest I do not have sickness or pre diseases. Am in danger? What can be the cause of that high heart rate? What test should I take? What medicine can be good? Do I have heart issues/ heart blockage? Or another issue?

Your high heart rate can be associated with your smoking habit, you need to immediately stop smoking avoid all kinds of dust exposure and do a basic cardiac health checkup including ECG echo cardiography and TMT.

Slightly fast heart rate at rest, but 139 on exercise is unusually low. You don't have any significant abnormalities, but stop smoking and start exercise if you want to reduce the heart rate. No tests. Balanced diet, sufficient rest is best.
