I eat allot but im not gaining my weight. What should I do to increase weight and for a muscular body.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. For gaining weight and muscular body, eat lots of proteins (include more non-veg food if you are a non-vegetarian). Drink milk regularly. Also include other dairy products in your diet. Eat more of cheese, potatoes, rice, bananas. Add various nuts and dry fruits, peanut butter, whole grain/ multigrain bread to your diet.
