My grand ma is suffering from dengue, her platelets was 451 when initial test was done, now the platelets are 260, she is undergoing treatment for it now is the third day, do we need to admit her in hospital or need to complete the dose, please suggest.

You do not need to admit her right now. However, ?you MUST consult a physician and get her examined asap. Repeat the platelet counts on alternate days for the next week. Also watch out for skin rash, headache, chest pain, pain abdomen ad any evidence of bleeding (skin, gums, stool, etc).
