First of all you need to do regular exercise, weight training, take egg, chicken,fish daily, take boiled chicken daily, take whey protein or soya protein powder daily, take walnuts almonds cashew daily, take dates, in breakfast take 2-3 boiled eggs with salads, fruits and roti, take ghee in your lunch, at night take boiled chicken only with salads and one roti.
