Sijar ke bad jo back pain hota hai uske liye kya karna chaiye .meri wife thoda chalti hai kam karti hai use bht back pain hota hai jaha injection lagate hai sijar ke waqt waha dard hota hai. Kehte hai ye life time hota hai khas karke shardiyo me. Isaka kya upay hai pls tell me.
