Hi I am currently going through my 8 week of pregnancy, wen I took my first on 23 dec there is no heartbeat but this 6 dec wen I took the second scan they could find the FH rate 165. Is this normal? And I am feeling insecure still. How to be cautious till completing the 1st trimester? What to have and what not to have? Kindly guide me. This is my first baby after 1.5 years struggle with pcod.

Fetal heart is visible on ultrasound by 6-7 weeks. Often in early pregnancy fetal heart is not visible .there is nothing to worry, everything is normal.
