I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2011, since then through medication the cysts have reduced as per my doctor. During 5 years of my treatment, I had cetapin 1000 mg for 1.5 years daily one tablet. My periods were occurring regularly with a delay of 5-8 days. Then my doctor asked me to stop taking cetapin and ever since I have irregular periods, delayed by 15-20 days or sometimes a month is skipped in between. Homeopathic medicines did not help much. Should I continue cetapin or those 21 days tablets? Do I need to control my weight?

You can daily do exercise ,avoid junk, continue cetaphin skip a month or so ,can take tablets for periods to come at the end of 40 days if no periods after pregnancy test negative. Try to alternate. But as such there is no permanent solution. What is your age rt now. You can undergo a gtt test and also tsh test.
