Dear lybrateuser, - It is better to avoid vitamin tablets for increasing stamina & fitness as they do not contribute much towards it if you have a well balanced diet along with regular exercise & keep stress level low - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, legumes, sprouts, soya products, nuts, healthy fats as in fish, olive, canola or sunflower oil, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews & seeds - supplements should be taken only if there is a deficiency state due an imbalanced diet or some intestinal disorder where it can't be absorbed adequately.
