Follow this simple food formula. Divide your food plate in 3 portions. 50%, 25% & 25%. 50% should be filled with fruits in morning and salad/steamed veggies in afternoon and night. 25% can be cooked curries, lentils etc. And remaining 25% can be rice/wheat based foods or other grains/millets. Have almost negligible packed & processed foods made of flour, oil, sugar & dairy.
