I want to lighten my skin colour I'm tanned too much and my body has different colors on different parts. Any idea to get a fair glowing skin?

It is natural for skin to have different shades in different parts of the body. Some are lighter and some are darker. However, if you are seeing a recent darkening of your complexion, the first thing that you should do is apply sunscreen every morning religiously. Also, drinking 2-3 L of water and taking fruits and salad as a regular part of your diet and exercising 1 hour regularly can help you get a glowing skin.
