My weight is increasing alarmingly. It was 97 kg last year. Today I see it is 113 Kgs. I used to go for walk. Now I can not due to knee problem and skin under my feet on the sole, is peeling off. I am 69 years old 5'9" tall. I eat moderately. 2 slices of bread with butter of left over curry for best, 100 gms rice dal and Ipc fish or 2 pcs mutton for lunch, sometimes sugarfree sweet 1 pc. Then tea 2 biscuits, dinner 2 chappatis with a little curry NV. 1 cup curd. Thats all. Tea coffee 3 times with sugar free. What can I reduce? BP is going up and so is the blood sugar. What to do?
